1. Acceptance of Terms

We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to our services based on geographic location.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access 3jl9 services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in our registration form. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility, and you will be held liable for all transactions and actions taken.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. 3jl9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain adequate security.

3.3 Identity Verification

3jl9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

3jl9 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank, UnionBank), and cryptocurrency (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). All deposits are credited to your account immediately upon successful processing.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) and within 24 hours for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing withdrawals, 3jl9 requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering requirements as specified in the terms of each promotional offer.

4.4 Fees and Charges

3jl9 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.3 Betting Limits

3jl9 reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual accounts based on player history, game type, and risk assessment. Limits may be modified at any time without prior notice.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 3jl9 are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of the promotion. Wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet sizes apply to all bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

6.3 Bonus Forfeiture

Withdrawing funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonuses. Players may contact customer support to cancel active bonuses if they wish to withdraw without meeting requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3jl9, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

3jl9 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, communication errors, unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence, actions of third-party payment processors, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Right to Terminate

3jl9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, or at our sole discretion.

10.2 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, all funds in your account may be forfeited. If your account is closed in good standing, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding liabilities.

10.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. All pending withdrawals will be processed, and any remaining balance will be returned to you. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; a new registration will be required.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, store, and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. 12.3 PAGCOR Oversight

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 3jl9 is subject to oversight and regulation by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR's regulatory division in accordance with their procedures.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3jl9 regarding your use of our services.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 3jl9 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations at any time without notice.

13.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

13.5 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
